The Gold Coast Beach Houses consists of 6, almost identical, 1950's style high set beach houses, in two rows of three facing each other, each with front verandas that overlook the driveway and gardens, and also have views of the ocean - absolutely ideal for early morning breakfasts, or afternoon drinks.
The Beach Houses are ideally suited for Gold Coast group accommodation bookings and wedding party accommodation and has in fact already been booked out on several occasions this year as wedding accommodation, with the full wedding party staying on-site.
All conveniences; restaurants, shops, etc are just a short stroll, so sit back on your ocean view deck and enjoy the beach the way it used to be.
For wedding party accommodation, group accommodation bookings or a romantic getaway for you and your loved one, you can't go past the Gold Coast beach houses.
Gold Coast Beach House Facilities
Externally, there is an electronically controlled access gate so that the complex is fully secured.
Each house has a car parking space underneath and all of the grounds and gardens are fully landscaped and manicured to present beautifully.
There is a large BBQ Gazebo, which includes tables and chairs for outdoor dining and two automatic stainless steel electric BBQ's. There is also a paved area, which is ideal for functions for small groups with both lawn and tiled surface.
A laundry area with automatic washing machine and dryer for use by residents is provided under one of the buildings.
A pool was not included as it was felt that constant use by children would be disturbing to residents, particularly in view of the fact that directly across the street is the World's biggest swimming pool - namely the Pacific Ocean, with the flagged areas of Tugun beach and the adjoining Surf Club just across the road.
